Nokia 5.4 and Nokia 2.2 are receiving February 2021 Security patch update

Nokia 5.4 and Nokia 2.2 are finally receiving Google’s latest February 2021 Security update. Nokia 2.2 is acquiring update in Indonesia & Spain, while Nokia 5.4 drives update in India.

The OTA update for Nokia 5.4 weighs approximately 16 MB in size and is seeding in a phased manner. On the contrary, Nokia 2.2 update weighs around 20 MB. It is a staggered update and may arrive on your device within a day to few weeks or the user can check it manually by clicking settings and look for a software update.

Nokia 5.4

Nokia 5.4 was launched last December featuring 6.39-inch screen. The phone runs Android 10 with Qualcomm SM6115 Snapdragon 662 (11 nm) chipset along with Octa-core CPU and Adreno 610 GPU. It carries a rear-quad camera consisting 48 MP wide + 5 MP ultrawide + 2 MP macro + 2 MP depth lenses. At the front, it houses a single 16 MP wide camera. Multiple Storage variants are available including 64 GB + 4 GB RAM, 64 GB + 6 GB RAM and 128 GB + 4 GB RAM.

Nokia 2.2

Nokia 2.2 was released on June 11, 2019, carrying IPS LCD display with 5.71-inch screen. It runs Android 9.0 (Pie) which is now upgradable to Android 10. The smartphone is paired with Mediatek MT6761 Helio A22 (12 nm) chipset featuring Quad-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The phone comes in 16 GB + 2 GB RAM and 32 GB + 3 GB RAM storage variants. In terms of camera, it features 13 MP camera at back and 5 MP at the front.
