Nokia 8 with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage reportedly set for October launch

Just last month, HMD Global announced Nokia 8 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. However, the smartphone is yet to be released in the global markets. A recent report from WinFuture says that, HMD Global will be introducing a high-end variant of Nokia 8 with higher RAM and storage capacity. The smartphone is slated to be released on October 20 in Germany. The company will be unveiling premium version of Nokia 8 that equips 6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage against the standard variant that comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage. Other specifications will remain similar for both variants.

Just to recollect, the handset will feature a 5.3-inch 2K display with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 mobile platform clocked at 2.45GHz. The smartphone boasts dual camera setup (12MP +12MP) with Zeiss optics at the rear side. Nokia 8 packs a decent 3090mAh battery that gets you through a full day in a single charge. The high-end Nokia 8, will be available in Polished Blue color only.

The standard version of Nokia 8 costs €579, however, you will need to pay €90 extra to get the premium version, and thus costing you €669.
