Oppo’s new ColorOS has been a major improvement for them. The new attractive design has gained attention from a major part of the Android community. Oppo has also made a lot of effort in designing and delivering the new UI to most of their devices. Recently, Oppo released a list of devices that will receive Android 11 based ColorOS 11 and the company is keeping its promise by rolling out the UI. Not one, but five new devices have started receiving Android 11 based ColorOS 11.
The update is in stable mode and available for many different regions. We do not have the complete changelog for each device now. However, we can say it includes all the major changes such as three different dark mode themes. The list of devices and the region of the update are given below.
- Oppo A5 2020 – India, Indonesia.
- Oppo A9 2020 – India, Indonesia.
- Oppo A73 5G – Australia, Saudi Arabia, UAE.
- Oppo A91 – Indonesia.
- Oppo Reno z – Saudi Arabia, UAE.
As already mentioned above each device is receiving the update in different regions. The update is in phased mode and will be available for each unit in time. You can also check for the update manually if you have not received the notification yet. You have to go to Settings > Software Updates and check for it. Regions other than the mentioned ones have to wait for the update from Oppo officials.
