In Q3 of 2019, Oppo had officially unveiled the Reno2 F smartphone. The device sports a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered by a Mediatek Helio P70 Chipset based on Android 9.0 (Pie) onboard. For shooting purposes, there’s a 48 MP quad rear camera and a 16 MP Motorized pop-up selfie sensor.

- [October 25, 2021]: Oppo is releasing the October 2021 security patch to the Reno2 F. The update is unfurling in international markets via the firmware version CPH1989_11_F.16. Alongside, the package does not bring any other noticeable changes. But, it addresses various privacy and security-related vulnerabilities.
