POCO X3 NFC receiving February 2021 security patch with firmware V12.0.8.0.QJGEUXM

Poco is releasing the February 2021 Security Patch for its POCO X3 NFC smartphone in Europe. The update is based on Android 10 with MIUI 12 over the top which enhances the system performance and stability. It brings the firmware version V12.0.8.0.QJGEUXM weighs around 2.5GB.

  • Optimization: Updated Android Security Patch to February 2021. Increased system security.

Apart from this, the update does not drive anything else. Prior to this update, the device received a small update that improved system security and optimized functions.

A pop-up notification will let you know when the OTA update reaches your device or you can navigate it via settings > software update > download and install.

Last year, Xiaomi released Poco X3 NFC featuring the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G processor powered by Android 10-based MIUI 12. The phone flaunts a 6.67 inch IPS LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 shield. It packs quad-camera module at back consisting 64 MP wide + 13 MP ultrawide + 2 MP macro + 2 MP depth sensors. At the front, it houses a single 20 MP wide selfie lens. It is available in 64 GB + 6 GB RAM, 128 GB + 6 GB RAM, and 128 GB + 8 GB RAM storage variants.
