Design
The device comes with a 6.52-inch HD+ display having a water drop-style notch. The Redmi A1 will be available in 3 different colour options – Classic Black, Light Green, and Light Blue.
Camera
Redmi A1 has an AI-backed dual rear camera setup. The device has a 5MP selfie camera sensor and an 8MP primary camera sensor.
Chipset, Storage, and Battery
Redmi A1 comes with an octa-core MediaTek Helio A22 Chipset and offers 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. Thanks to the dedicated micro SD card slot, the device’s external storage can be expanded up to 512GB. The Redmi A1 will be powered with a massive battery backup of 5,000mAh battery and a 10W charger. The most stunning and interesting thing about the device is that it will be running on stock Android. Also, the device will support more than 20 regional languages.

Pricing and Availability
Redmi A1 will price around Rs. 6,499 for the base variant. Starting on September 9 at 4 pm IST, the device will be on sale via Amazon, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and Xiaomi’s retail partners.
