Recently Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 12 update to a list of eligible devices. The latest devices to get MIUI 12 stable update include Redmi Note 8 Pro. The smartphone was launched in September 2019 and was updated to stable Android 10 in February this year. Xiaomi introduced the Beta recruitment program in the second week of June and this update is currently available for the devices selected during the recruitment program. Mi 9 Lite gets MIUI 11 stable update
Mi 9 Lite (a rebranded version of Mi CC9 in China) was released back in September 2019. The smartphone is now receiving MIUI 11 Global Stable update with version V126.96.36.199.QFCMIXM and weighs 169MB in size. The OTA update will be pushed in several phases and you may receive it sooner or later in upcoming days/weeks. The update also upgrades Mi 9 Lite security patch level to the latest May security patch that brings improved security to your device.
