On the FCC portal, the Galaxy A04 Core bears the model number SM-A042F/DS, which is a “variant product of SM-A042M/DS” (Galaxy A04). The portal reveals some of the design and battery details as well as connectivity options onboard. The upcoming device will house a vertically aligned dual camera setup. The panel will measure 71.43 x 23.59 x 170.48 mm in dimensions.

In addition, the company will ship the smartphone with a typical 4900 mAh battery. However, it will have a rated capacity of 5000 mAh. Also, the connectivity options will include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM, LTE, etc.

Besides, the listing reveals that the other specifications, including the camera and design, remain unchanged. In that case, the Galaxy 04 Core is likely to carry a 5MP lens on the front and a dual camera module on the back. The setup will consist of a 50MP primary unit accompanied by a 2MP sensor to measure depth.

To recall, the handset has already been spotted on multiple certification websites, including Indian BIS and Geekbench. The latter listing reveals the presence of MediaTek Helio G35 SoC under the hood integrated with the PowerVR Rogue GE8320 GPU. It will boost Android 12 out of the box with at least a 3GB RAM model.
