Samsung has finally sent out the official Android Nougat update to its mid range Android Phone Samsung Galaxy A3 2017. Earlier the device was launched with Android Marshmallow 6.0 and is now updated to Nougat 7.0. However, the update is rolling out only to the Galaxy A3 2017 devices in Russia. It is expected to roll out to more countries very soon.
The Android Nougat 7.0 update for the A3 2017 weighs around 2.21 GB and it comes with the firmware version A320FXXU2BQG5. The device is also updated to the latest July security patch along. It is advised to have at least 50% of battery and a stable WiFi connection before you download and install the update. You can manually check for the update by going to Settings->About Phone->Software Update.
