Samsung Galaxy C7 (2017), the company’s first smartphone equipped with dual rear cameras is going to launch in the near future. A support page for the upcoming device is now live on Samsung China’s official website. Earlier, the handset passed bluetooth certification and TENAA certification indicating that the device will soon be released by the company.
The smartphone is said to feature a 5.5-inch Full HD display and will be powered by an octa-core processor. Galaxy C7 (2017) will have two variants that include 3GB RAM with 32GB of storage capacity and 4GB RAM with 64GB of on-board storage.
The device packs with dual rear camera set up. It has a combination of 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors vertically aligned on the device. The smartphone houses a 16MP front-facing camera for better selfies. With its 2,850 mAh battery, Galaxy C7 (2017) may struggle to offer a good battery life. The smartphone will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with Samsung Experience user interface.
At this time, there is no official statement from the company about the upcoming Galaxy C7’s official release date. However, the recent certification and support page going live affirms that the device will soon launch in China. However, it remains to be seen whether the device will make its way to other global markets outside China.
