Some details are also passed on, details say that Galaxy S4 will have 5-4.8 inch screen. It will be powered by most powerful hardware and software advancements will also takes place. Again new Galaxy device will come with square shaped formation and will have rounded corners.
So again Samsung will launch it Galaxy S smartphone at MWC after a year leap. Because first couple of Galaxy S smartphones launched at Mobile World Congress (2010, 2011), but this year the Samsung Galaxy S III had its own launch event.

“Samsung is ready to unveil the next Galaxy smartphone —the Galaxy S4 —at early next year’s mobile world congress (MWC) in the Spanish city of Barcelona,” said an official from the firm asking not to be identified, Sunday. The new device is expected to hit shelves globally in March at the latest.
