The update brings the elements of material Design to the Tabets. Also, they have added FAB- Floating Action Button which helps to quickly make voice and video calls. The FAB will will bring instant access to features like messaging, voice, video calls and Skype bots.

As like of desktop or MAC, users can now have access to a dual pane window. It will bring ease to users in finding contacts on the tablet’s landscape mode.

In a statement, Microsoft says:

We’ve redesigned the tablet UI from the ground up, bringing a number of material design inspired elements. The new floating action button (FAB) makes it faster to send messages and start voice and video calls with friends or groups—all from the main screen of the app. The FAB changes your Skype experience dynamically to give you quick access to important features like messaging, voice, video calls and Skype bots.

Guys hurry up, get over to the Play Store to receive the update.
