Sony rolling Android 7.1.1 Nougat to Xperia Z5, Z5 Compact, Z5 Premium, Xperia Z3+, and Xperia Z4


Sony has started to rollout the Android 7.1.1 Nougat to slew of devices like Xperia Z5, Z5 compact, Z5 Premium, Xperia Z3+ and Xperia Z4 device. All these devices have already received the Nougat update, it is the newer version of the same that the devices have received.


All the devices are receiving the build version 32.4.A.0.160 with all the fixes and the improvements in the latest build. The Android 7.1.1. Nougat packs various fixes and enhancements and general improvements than the Android 7.0 Nougat. It will stabilise your device if you have any issue on your device.

The update is rolling out Over The Air (OTA) to all the devices – Xperia Z5, Z5 compact, Z5 Premium, Xperia Z3+ and Xperia Z4 device. It will take some time to reach your device, you have to wait for sometime.

In order to manually check for the update, you can head over to the Settings Menu and then goto About section where you can check for the updates.
