HTC has started to rollout Android 4.4.3 Kitkat update for the unlocked HTC One M8. Yesterday, HTC’s Vice President of Management, Mo Versi tweeted, the HTC One (M8)Android 4.4.3 OTA update will arrive “late next week.”
Users in the U.S. are receiving the update today as per the source revealed. The update to Unlocked and developer Editions of the HTC M8 are receiving Android 4.4.3 KitKat. As according to HTC, this update also includes the security fixes which were released in Android 4.4.4 version of the Kitkat. Technically update weighs 592MB in Size. So we suggest to WiFi networks before downloading the update.
The carrier versions of the phone for AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon will also receive the update. Sprint users have been lucky and are already rocking Android 4.4.3 on their One (M8).
