Oppo has pushed Android 11 based Color OS 11 update for Oppo A91. Oppo A91 is a budget segment device that comes with an AMOLED display and under-display fingerprint sensor. The device was launched back in 2019 in two options, 4GB+128GB & 8GB+128GB, and Android 9 based Color OS 6.1.2 pre-installed.

The device received an Android 10 update earlier last year and now it is receiving Android 11 based Color OS 11update. With this update, Oppo is delivering its promise. However, the update has rolled out only for Indonesian users as of now. It comes with firmware version CPH2001_11_F.11 and requires a lot of data to download, 3.5GB precisely as it is a major update.
Color OS 11 is packed with major features and a revamped UI. It comes with a lot of improvements, such as Dark mode, AOD, and Bubble notification. According to some sources, even OnePlus devices in China will also come with Color OS in near future.
As of now, the update is rolling out in Indonesia and will take a while to roll out in other countries. The update has started rolling out and will be available for every unit in the coming sometime. Those who can’t wait can check manually by heading to Settings >> Software update.
