BLU unveils the BLU Tank Xtreme Pro in the US

BLU, a USA based smartphone manufacturer have secretly unveiled a brand new smart phone to the US market today. This phone is a new addition to the BLU phone series, Tank Xtreme. Without any huge announcement, BLU has added the details of the BLU Tank Xtreme Pro smartphone to the products section of its website.

While the price of the phone is not available yet, we expect it to launch soon on Amazon much like the previous phones from BLU. The smartphone is designed by keeping ruggedness in mind and much like its name, its build will allow it to sustain Xtreme conditions like drops or shocks as it is completely covered with shock resistant rubber material.

The BLU Tank Xtreme Pro is also IP68 certified which means it can resist both water and dust flawlessly. Also, it can sustain underwater for almost 30 minutes with up to 1.5 metres in depth. The Xtreme Pro is packed with a 1.5 GHz quad core MediaTek processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage expandable up to 64 GB. It flaunts a 5 inch HD display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The cameras are an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel selfie shooter on the front. The phone supports dual sim and comes with a huge 4300 mAh battery and Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box. The device is available in multiple colour variants including Black, Blue, Green, and Red. Considering the features it has to offer it would probably cost less than 200$.
