When it comes to displaying, both vary in the display tech, display size, refresh rate, touch sampling rate, and in every aspect. That said, they don’t share any similarities between them. Also, when it comes to the processor, Poco X3 gets a Snapdragon SoC, While Realme X7 gets a MediaTek Dimensity SoC. However, both use the exact RAM and storage type, i.e., LPDDR4X and UFS 2.1 tech. Both devices are also available in a similar storage variant. And yes, both devices run on Android 10 out of the box.

Talking about optics, both get a similar rear camera setup with a primary 64MP sensor. However, Poco gets a better sensor, i.e., a Sony sensor, compared to the Samsung sensor on Realme.
