After months of expectation, finally the KitKat Launcher, named as the Google Now Launcher has finally arrived on the Play store. Though many people had been using it via ROMs like Cyanogenmod and other Stock Based ROM, now other devices can also enjoy the launcher featured in the KitKat OS.
It brings in many features like the Google Now integration with the homescreen, adding up of widgets, wallpapers, comparitively larger area with the help of the translucent Status Bar. But as a down part, it is only available for the Nexus devices and other Google Play edition devices, and there is yet no news so as when it will be available for other devices as well.
The launcher also brings in the large icons, change text and font combination. So if you like the Google Now launcher you can simple get it, or if you own a Non Nexus device, you can anytime do it via the apk file, and also via custom ROMs too.
