Google Pixel 3 Lite with headphone jack and Snapdragon 670 leaks in pictures

Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are (hands down) the best smartphones Google has ever come up with, though the XL has the ‘ugliest notch’. Both of them were unveiled last month and at the launch, Google didn’t mention anything about the 3rd member in the Pixel 3 series. Which perhaps now leaks as Pixel 3 Lite with a mid-range SoC and a headphone jack.

The existence of Google Pixel 3 Lite was known for many months, but the device never leaked in pictures until now. Even, it was tipped earlier this year that Google will be launching a mid-range Pixel in India. But, it was thought to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 and stated to launch in the first quarter of 2019. But, going by the now leaked Pixel 3 lite, it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 670.

Other specifications of the Google Pixel 3 lite includes a 5.56-inches FHD+(2220 x 1080 pixels) IPS LCD display, 4GB RAM, a mere 32GB ROM in 2018/2019, 12MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, USB type-C, 3.5mm headphone jack, Android 9.0 Pie and a smaller 2,915 mAh battery. These specs are definitely solid for a Google-branded mid-range smartphone except for the battery and lesser storage capacity along with no microSD card slot.

The Google Pixel 3 Lite might only see light in Asian markets like India. The country is already one of the biggest competitive markets. The Pixel 3 Lite may go against the likes of OnePlus 6T, Samsung Galaxy A9 2018, and other phones in this segment. Hopefully, Google prices it more aggressively to shine among the competition.
