Huawei has just sent out invites for the Indian launch of their new smartphone termed as the Honor 7C. In case you people don’t know along with Huawei Honor 7C, the brand is also holding a Global event of the Honor 10 which will be made available in India from 16th of May. The invite doesn’t reveal much about the upcoming handset. Huawei has just uploaded the user manual of the Honor 7C and 7A on the official India website. So, there are chances that we may witness the launch of two devices instead of one.

Honor 7C is a budget offering from the house of Huawei. The specifications of the handset are already available so let’s take a closer look at them. The handset will come powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450(64 bit) processor so this time you won’t be getting a Hi-Silicon Kirin SoC. The device will be made available in two variants: 3GB RAM/32GB ROM and 4GB RAM/64GB ROM. Fortunately, both models will come with the support of expandable storage via micro-SD card. In the front, it packs a 5.99(Inch) 18:9 ratio HD+ Display with a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels.

The handset will come with EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. In the Camera segment, the device houses a 13MP+2MP snappers with LED Flash, Aperture f/2.2 while in the front an 8MP camera with Aperture f/2.0, LED Flash is present. The device possesses all basic features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, etc and additionally it has Fingerprint Scanner coupled with Face Recognition. The handset runs on a 3000mAh battery and will be made available in Black, Red, Gold and Blue colors. The device will carry a price tag of around ($142, 9000 INR) and the launch event has been scheduled on 22nd May in New Delhi.
