In a case against Apple which was filed by HTC last year in which HTC says that Apple infringed 5 patents. But after it hearing court ruled decision in the favor of Apple. In order to appeal against the court decision HTC immediately filed for Federal Circuit. But now HTC dropped its Federal circuit Appeal today. HTC made motion on may 31 to dismiss case:
