Nova Launcher 4.3 Beta 2 comes with Night Mode, Improved search bar configuration and Bug fixes. In Night time Nova launcher automatically configures search bar, app drawer, and desktop folders to Dark theme. It works either follow your system time, be set to auto mode based on your location.
To install this New Beta version of Nova launcher you need to be part of Nova Launcher Beta G+ Community after that you also have to be part of beta testing program on play Store. After that you can either turn on beta updates in the regular Nova app or download the APK from here.
