OnePlus 7 Pro launched with Snapdragon 855 SoC, 12 GB RAM and triple rear camera; Price starting at INR 48,999


After tons of rumors, leaks and teasers, OnePlus officially unleashed the new OnePlus 7 Pro. It carries “all-new” new design aimed to better fit in your hand. The device comes with improved Oxygen OS 9.5 with an inbuilt screen recorder.

OnePlus 7 Pro carries Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset coupled with 6/8/12 GB RAM and 128 / 256 GB Internal storage.

The OnePlus 7 Pro debuts with 6.67-inch Fluid AMOLED display with Quad HD+ resolution support. Surprisingly, the OnePlus 7 features 90 Hz display refresh rate as like of the gaming smartphones. The new on-screen fingerprint sensor is improved with an unlock speed of 0.21 seconds.

Ditching the dual camera module on the 6T, the OnePlus 7 Pro features a triple camera module – 48 MP (Sony IMX586) half-inch camera (binding to 12 MP), an 8MP telephoto f/2.4 aperture, and a 16MP 117 -degree FoV ultra wide-angle. For selfies, OnePlus added 16MP (Sony IMX471) Pop-up camera module. OnePlus 7 Pro comes with a Snapdragon 855 SoC, 12GB RAM, and faster UFS 3.0 based storage. A 4000 mAh battery comes with a 30W Warp Charge.

In connectivity , OnePlus 7 Pro comes with 2.4/5GHz 2×2 MIMO Wi-Fi (up to ac), Bluetooth 5.0 (w/ aptX, aptX HD, LDAC, and AAC), NFC. It measures 162.6 x 75.9 x 8.8mm, and weighs 206g.

OnePlus 7 Pro will get 2 years of regular software upgrades and 3 years of Android security patches.

OnePlus 7 Pro is available in three color option – Mirror Gray, Nebula Blue, Almond. The 6GB+64GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB will be available for $669, $699 and $749 respectively in the US. However, the same price translates to INR 48,999 for the base variant, 8GB+256 GB is available for INR 52,999 and 12GB+256 GB for INR 57,999.

It will be available for purchase in India from May 17th from OnePlus Online Store and Amazon India.
