[Update: November 2021 Security Patch] Poco X3 GT Updates Tracker

The Xiaomi-owned brand— Poco has launched a new device called Poco X3 GT in August 2019. The smartphone has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD which is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. It is powered by Octa-core processor-based Dimensity 1100 5G Chipset paired with Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. Android 11 runs the device paired with MIUI 12.5 for POCO. In terms of camera, there’s a triple rear camera with a 64MP primary sensor and a 16MP single front-facing camera.

  • [August 23, 2022]: Poco X3 GT Global received the August 2022 security patch via the firmware version V13.0.6.0.SKPMIXM. You can download OTA over V13.0.4.0 update and flash it manually.
  • [September 10, 2021]: The Poco X3 GT is receiving a new software update globally. The build will arrive on the firmware version V12.5.5.0.RKPMIXM. The Android 11 based package adds the August 2021 security patch that increases the system security. Besides, it does not carry any other changes.
  • [August 2, 2021]: Poco X3 GT is receiving its first software update that optimizes the overall performance of the system. The build is unfurling globally in its stable form through the firmware version V12.5.2.0.RKPMIXM. Visit our dedicated article to know more about the update.

As always, the update is spinning out in a phased manner which means a set of random users will start experiencing the update now. After the successful verification, a border rollout will follow within a week. You can also check the update status manually by navigating to Settings > Software updates > Check for updates.
