The Chinese smartphone brand – Realme has officially launched the Realme 1 smartphone in the Q2 of 2018, and the devices are still receiving the Security updates regularly. Talking about the specifications, it comes with a 6.0-inch display and is powered by Mediatek Helio P60 (12 nm) Chipset. In terms of camera, it features an 8-MP single rear camera and an 8-MP front-facing camera.

  • [October 29, 2020]: The BBK-owned Realme has started pushing out the October 2020 Security patch to the Realme 1 users. As per the release note, the update bears the CPH1861EX_11.C.50 Firmware version and comes only with the latest Security patch, optimizations and improvements.   • [April 1, 2020]: The March 2020 Security patch update has finally started hitting the Realme 1 devices. According to the changelog, apart from these fixes, the Realme 1 received a fix for VoWiFi not registring on 3G/2G networks. The update bears the CPH1861EX_11_C.48 Firmware version.   • [December 12, 2019]: Realme has started rolling out the Security patch update for December 2019 for Realme 1 smartphones. The update is spinning out with the latest Security patch and new add-ons. Interested users can check our dedicated article to know more details about this update.
  • [October 23, 2019]: Starting from this day, the Realme 1 devices have started experiencing the October 2019 Security patch update. The update adds the latest Security patch, new add-ons, and a few optimizations—the new add-ons Dark Mode, realme laboratory, data switch, Google Digital Wellbeing, etc. More details of this update can be found in our dedicated article.

Similar to all the other updates, it is also rolling out in phases and is expected to reach all the units within a week. Meanwhile, you can also navigate to Settings>Software updates>Check for updates to check the update status manually.
