Samsung Galaxy M20 might feature Infinity U display

A few days back at Samsung Developer Conference, the Korean tech giant unveiled a number of displays. The list included Infinity U, Infinity V, Infinity O, and Infinity Flex which will be featured on Galaxy F. And now, a new Samsung smartphone with model number SM-M20F (Galaxy M) spotted on AnTuTu. According to the result, it could be the first smartphone with Infinity U display.

Going by the AnTuTu benchmark listing, the upcoming Galaxy M20 will run on Android 8.1 Oreo which is clearly a bummer. But, that is the case with any Samsung mid-range or entry-level smartphone. Samsung is known to launch devices with latest Android version only after when they have updated their flagships. Moving on, the forthcoming Samsung mid-range smartphone will be powered by the in-house Exynos 7885 SoC with Mali-G71 MP2 GPU coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM.

But, what’s more, interesting is the display resolution which is 2340 x 1080 pixels. In case you are not aware of, this is the same resolution as found on smartphones with teardrop notches such as the OnePlus 6T, Vivo V11 Pro, Realme 2 Pro, and others. Thus, it is evident that the Samsung Galaxy M20 might feature Infinity U display.
