Xiaomi has finally announced the second edition of its Bezel Less display device i.e Xiaomi Mi Mix 2. It is little smaller than the Mi Mix but that is pretty fine as it is much easy to hold 6 inch device rather than a 6.4 inch device. Further, there many other improvements and the changes that differs it from the last year’s Mi Mix. Let’s talk about them:
This time, Xiaomi took to India to launch its Mi Mix 2 as last year they limited the Mi Mix to China only. Today, breaking the past, Xiaomi has finally announced its first Mi Mix series device outside of China. Already, Mi Mix 2 is annocuned in China along with the new Mi Note 2.

Talking about the features of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, it carriers a 5.99 inch of display having resolution of 1080×2160 pixels with the 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC processor, Adreno 540 GPU for gaming and of 6GB RAM. There’s an onboard storage of 64GB and 128GB memory and 3,400mAh battery.
This time they have managed to provide the ultrasonic proximity sensor with the little earpiece on the slit present above the display on top side of the device. As before, in the Mi Mix, Xiaomi added the ultrasonic earpiece also but this time they have sticked to the same old earpiece above the display.
Mi Mix 2 has a 12 megapixel Sony IMX386 camera on the back and a 5 megapixel camera on the front. It is running on MIUI 8 which is based on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
It comes with the dual dual-SIM connectivity and USB Type-C for charging and data sharing. It has support for 43 LTE Bands which is also good for the country where different operators have different bands in most of the states.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 measures 151.8×75.5×7.7mm, and weighs 185 grams.

It is priced at the Rs. 35,999 for 6GB RAM/128GB storage, while the 6GB RAM/ 64GB is available for RS 35,999. The last and the biggest with 6GB RAM/ 256GB storage is available for roughly Rs. 39,200.
There’s one more edition of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 and that is its Special Edition with 8GB of RAM, 128GB storage. It packs a full ceramic body at roughly Rs. 46,000.
