Google Android 4.4 Kitkat version is not even released but some developers and craters have developed pack of icons and wallpapers to make your device’s UI look like Android 4.4 Kitkat.
First of all, the icons are created as according to the images leaked about Kitkat in past few weeks. Here’s what Senior Member over XDA, OP says about it:

So guys are you ready for the makeover? You need to downlaod the third party launcher to change the icons ( may be available in your default ). Guys don;t miss to share your screens after applying the so called skin (manually).
