As promised by Sundar Pichai at IO 2014 Keynote, Google made Android L developer builds available for Nexus 5 and Nexus 7. You can download the Android L developer version if you own any of the above device but currently it contains few bugs and optimisations have to be made.

Well, those developers who have flashed the build on their devices have pulled the new apks, wallpapers and ringtones. XDA’a senior member “ivan123” has put out a list of apps extracted from the Android L test version which users can download and install (at their own risk, of course) for testing. Here’s a list of the working apps:

  • Google Home
  • Google Now
  • Keyboard
  • Camera
  • Youtube
  • Play music
  • Play Services
  • Search
  • Sound search
  • Gmail
  • Clock
  • others

Few apps are not working in the Kitkat. But you can use new ringtones, alarms, wallpapers, and fonts, allowing you to acquire some elements of the new look Android L.

You can download all the stuff from the source link below. Additionally, Checkout our Android L features list with details if anyone missed it.
