OnePlus is suppose to unveil their next flagship, the 5T at an event in New York on 16th November. And now, Amazon India confirms that the first sale of this device will be on 21st November in the country. The catch here is that it will be Prime exclusive, but only for the first sale.
According to Amazon India, the sale will begin at 4:30 PM on November 21. And the regular sale will start from November 28. But, Amazon still did not reveal anything about the price of the device. OnePlus is also supposed to start selling the 5T in the United States, Canada and some European countries on 21st November itself. But, there won’t be any exclusive or flash sales in those regions.
According to reports and leaks, OnePlus 5T will sport a 6.01 inches FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. But, it will be powered by the same Snapdragon 835 processor as Qualcomm did not announce any update to it like last year. It will also come in 6GB/64GB and 8GB/128GB variants like its predecessor. Also, it will retain the headphone jack on fans’ request. A new report also says that the 5T won’t come with the telephoto lens. This time the primary sensor will be accompanied by a wide angle sensor like the ones in LG smartphones. As for the software, it will run on Oxygen OS based on Android Nougat.
