Google+ Games To be Discontinued After June 30 for Play Games

Well, we are now aware of some changes that Google announced yesterday on day 1 of Google IO 2013. They introduced new APIs for Location, launched Google Play Music, tweaked Google+ with 41 features including Images refinement, auto hashtags, new card design and much More. Google also revealed that Android reached 900 Million Activations with 48 billion of App downloads from The Play Store.

According to new information Google+ revealed today is that Google is going to shut down Google+ Games on its social site from June 30 in order to start its newly announced Google Play Games. But don’t worry as game developers have added links to play on external sites. As said by Google in a Blog Post also “As announced on May 15, 2013, games inside plus.google.com will be retired on June 30, 2013. If you would like to continue playing a particular game, contact the game’s developer to find out if there’s a new destination site for the game.”
