As for as changes are concerned, the latest version doesn’t bring anything new to the app. It is merely an incremental update with several bug fixes, improvements, and stability. Normally, the latest version of Play Store automatically gets downloaded and updated. If that’s the case for you, then you can grab the APK file linked to the end of the post and sideload it on your Android device.

To sideload or install an APK file on your Android device, you must have enabled ‘Install from unknown sources’ in the Settings. To do so, got to Settings -> Security and mark the Unknown Sources option. If your Android device is running on Android 8.0 Oreo or above, this option can be accessed from Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> Special App Access -> Install Unknown apps.
