Google rolls out September 2023 Update for Pixel devices

Google has released the monthly software update for September 2023 for the eligible Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5, Pixel 5a, Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 7a, Pixel Tablet and Pixel Fold. The software update will start rolling out via OTA to all compatible Pixel smartphones running on Android 13 today. A further Pixel-specific CVE is also fixed, while the September update enhances security and addresses 32 vulnerabilities in the Android OS and certain hardware components. According to the carrier and device, the distribution will continue over the following week in stages. Users will receive a notice as soon as the OTA is made available for a device. Google advises you to check your Android version and upgrade to get the most recent update.
