Google Smartwatch May Pack Android Kitkat and Google Now


According to the latest rumors, Google is working on a Smartwatch, which would would be launched soon in the coming days. The device would have the Android 4.4 KitKat and Google Now functionality.


Although specific details about the device are not yet known, and no image of the device is also not available in any form. The image attached with a post is just a concept watch. However according to sources, Google is just giving some of the finishing touche to the device, and it may offer Google Glass like features to the users, with the help of deep Google Now features integrated into it.

Rumors about Google working on a Smartwatch are not actually new. This year at the Google I/O event, many of us were expecting such a watch to show up, but unfortunately it did not. Also there have been some patents spotted which indicate and Google as well as Motorola are interested in such kinds of projects.

Also Artem Russakovskii posted on his Google+ that Google Smartwatch would be a part of Nexus family of devices, it might be unveiled alongside Android 4.4 KitKat and some other Google projects. What do you think about the Google Smartwatch?
