LG G7 ThinQ debuts in India as Flipkart exclusive


In May this year, LG introduced G7 ThinQ, as the successor to last year’s LG G6. The company has just announced that LG G7 ThinQ will be exclusively available via Flipkart in India. LG’s latest handset has now been listed on Flipkart with hashtag #OnlyOnFlipkart featuring all the key specifications of the device. It is to note that the LG G7 ThinQ is the company’s first device that features a notch design.

Let’s walk through a detailed overview of LG G7 ThinQ specifications. The handset features a 6.1-inch Quad-HD+ FullVision IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels. The smartphone’ display comes with IP68 dust and water resistance. The smartphone is powered by the latest Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 GPU. The base variant of the device features 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. While the premium variant includes 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Both variants support expandable storage up to 512GB via a microSD card.

Talking about the cameras, LG G7 ThinQ boasts a dual rear camera setup with primary 16-megapixel super wide-angle lens. The secondary rear camera is a 16-megapixel standard angle lens with f/1.6 aperture. The smartphone’s camera includes features like AI, Portrait Mode and more. On the front, the handset sports an 8MP camera with f/1.9 aperture to capture amazing selfies.

The smartphone is backed by a 3,000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support for fast charging. LG G7 ThinQ runs Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box with LG’s custom skin on the top. The phone will be available for purchase on Flipkart starting August 10.LG G7 ThinQ Price is not revealed for the Indian market yet. It is highly anticipated to be priced under INR 45,000.
