Oppo unveiled the Find X3 series in March 2021 globally. The Oppo Find X3 series includes Oppo Find X3, Find X3 Pro, Find X3 Neo, and Find X3 Lite. The Find X3 Pro came with Snapdragon 888 chipset & Android 11 out of the box. It was the first phone from Oppo to receive ColorOS 12 based on the Android 12 update. The vanilla Find X3 sports the Snapdragon 870 chipset.
On the contrary, the Find X3 Neo came with Snapdragon 865 5G SoC & Find X3 Lite with Snapdragon 765G SoC. - [December 22, 2022]: Oppo has started the rollout of another update for Oppo Find X3 Lite. The update brings ColorOS 13, based on Android 13, to the device. It comes with the firmware version CPH2145_11_F.62. The update weighs around 4.65GB and brings an anamorphic design, vibrant theme colors, improved privacy & security, and much more. It is live in France and will start rolling out in other countries soon.
The update is rolling out in a phased stage, and it may take time to reach all the units of Oppo Find X3 series smartphones. The users can head to Settings > Software updates > to check the update manually. Before updating, connect to a WiFi network before updating the smartphone. Ensure that there is enough storage space and battery backup on your device.
