Realme 6i and C3 starts receiving May 2020 Security patch in Europe

Realme starts rolling out the Android security patch for the month of May 2020 for Realme 6i and Realme C3. The update is rolling out in Spain right now. It comes with the firmware number RMX2040EU_11.A.16 on Realme 6i and RMX2020EU_11.A.24 on Realme C3. Recently, the company has rolled out the may security update on a bunch of its smartphones that includes Realme C2, Realme 3, Realme 3i, and Realme 2 Pro.

The update on both the phones is packed with some stability improvements along with the security patch. The update is rolled out in phases, so it will reach each and every user in Spain in a few days. The updates are also expected to be rolled out in other markets of the world.

For Reminder, Realme 6i  is powered by a Mediatek Helio G80 Soc and mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It is paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB internal storage. Realme 6i is packed with a quad-camera setup at the back with 48MP primary camera + 8 MP ultrawide +2MP macro + 2MP depth. On the front side, the phone is packed with a 16MP camera with selfie camera. It is backed up by a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging.

Talking about Realme C3, it is powered by an Helio G70 SoC. It comes in three storage variants i.e. 2GB RAM and 32GB storage, 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, and 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Realme C3 is packed with a triple camera setup at the back with 12MP primary camera + 2MP depth sensor + 2MP macro. On the front side, the phone has a 5MP camera. Moreover, Realme C3 has a 5000 mAh battery with the support of reverse charging turning it into the power bank.
