Samsung Galaxy M51 receives February 2021 security patch, T-Mobile Galaxy A51 5G tasting One UI 3.0 update

Recently, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 5G, Galaxy Note 10 & Note 10+, Galaxy Fold, Galaxy S10, and many other devices have received new updates. Now, T-Mobile’s Galaxy A51 5G and Galaxy M51 becomes the latest devices to experience new updates. The T-Mobile’s Galaxy A51 5G users have started receiving the Android 11 based One UI 3.0 update on the firmware version A516USQU4CUA7. Whereas the Galaxy M51 UK users have started receiving the February 2021 Security patch on the build number M515FXXS2BUA1.

Talking about the Galaxy A51 5G update first, it comes with the new Security patch, new features, bug fixes, etc. The new features of Android 11 and One UI 3.0 include chat bubbles, a separate conversation area, fast widget access, Notifications revamp, etc.

Coming to the Galaxy M51 update, apart from the Security patch, there’s nothing new in this update. However, the security patch brings various new fixes to enhance the overall security of the device.

Similar to all the other updates, the company is sending the updates in a staged manner. If you are a Galaxy A51 or M51 user, a notification will appear automatically if the update reaches your device. Alternatively, you can head over to Settings>Software updates>Check for the updates.
