Samsung Galaxy S20, A51 getting June 2020 Security patch, Galaxy Note 10 gets One UI 2.1 update in India

Samsung has been updating all of its Galaxy devices with the latest June security patch. Recently, Galaxy Note 9, 10, A20e, A41, Fold got the latest June security patch. Newer ones now to join the list are Galaxy S20 5G, Note 10 Lite, and A51 in various countries.

Samsung Galaxy S20 5G

The Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is now getting a new update in Nordic countries like Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Iceland. The new Firmware version G98xBXXU2ATF5 brings the June 2020 security along with improvements like a 2x close-up zoom feature in S20 Ultra alone. This will replace 1.5x zoom found on earlier firmware.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite

Additionally, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite has started receiving the One UI 2.1 update in India. The newer update with a two-month delay comes with the firmware version N770FXXU3BTE5. It brings new features like AR emojis, Custom Filters, Single take and Pro modes for the camera, and more. This update also includes Quick Share and Music share options. Additionally, users can use a revamped keyboard with support for undo/redo, AR Emojis, and multilingual translation.

Samsung Galaxy A51

Furthermore, One UI 2.1 for Galaxy A51 is now getting a newer June 2020 Security Patch with the latest update. The firmware version A515FXXU3BTD4 will update more carrier versions in several countries to the latest One UI 2.1.

A similar update last month came to a few devices with the April security patch. Afghanistan, Egypt, Israel, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa were some of the countries to get the features of the latest One UI 2.1. Additionally, the newer update also fixes close to 23 and 29 vulnerabilities of Android OS and Samsung UI respectively.
