Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ was launched in India on 20th April 2017. In South Korea,Samsung launched Galaxy S8+ 6GB RAM variant earlier last month. We heard that the 6GB variant will be available only in the home country of the company. But, today Galaxy S8+ with 6GB RAM launches in India at ₹74,990. The phone will be available to buy from June 9 2017.
This new variant of Galaxy S8+ packs a 6.2 inch AMOLED with a resolution of 2960×1440. It is powered by a Exynos 8895 Processor which is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. The Galaxy S8+ has a Dual Pixel 12MP camera with OIS and F1.7 aperture and the front camera will be an 8MP sensor with auto-focus and F1.7 aperture. The phone runs on Android Nougat out of the box.
The Galaxy S8+ with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will be available in Midnight Black. Customers in India who want to own it can pre-order it via Samsung Shop or Flipkart starting tomorrow.
