Display: The much-awaited dual-display smartphone finally made its debut in India. The front features a 6.81-inch E4 AMOLED display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Its peak of brightness is claimed to be the highest than any other smartphone: 900 nits maximum sustained brightness and 1,700 maximum peak brightness.

The panel handles a QHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch-sensing rate, 1 billion colors, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and support for HDR 10+ with Dolby Vision. The phone also equips cutting-edge technologies for display.

The Mi 11 Ultra will be available in both glass and ceramic builds with triple cameras on the back alongside a mini rear display. The smartphone weighs 234gm and measures 8.38mm in thickness. Also, it comes with dust and water technology at up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes with an IP68 rating.

Moreover, it can even be used for clicking selfies while using the rear camera. According to Xiaomi, it is the same unit that is used in the Xiaomi Mi Band 5.

Processor and Storage: Under the hood, the Mi 11 Ultra powers the current most powerful hardware, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 based on an octa-core processor and Adreno 650 GPU. It runs the latest stable OS channel, Android 11 with MIUI 12 skin on top paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Camera: The shooting department serves as a cherry on the cake. The rear side of Xiaomi’s Mi 11 Ultra holds a triple rear camera module. There’s a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 48MP ultrawide camera with 128-degree field-of-view, and a 48MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and OIS support.

Talking about camera features, the primary lens is claimed to be the biggest sensor on a phone to date. Furthermore, this provides support for technologies such as Dual Pixel Pro for improved autofocus.

Interestingly, The Mi Ultra is among the very few phones to offer three cameras with a resolution of 48MP or above. Also, the rear snappers will be able to record in 8K at 24fps and 4K UHD at up to 60FPS. On the other side, there is a 20MP shooter housed in a cutout notch.
