Xiaomi recently acquired the brand Mito Phones and now they are working to produce some amazing smartphones. In the previous week, we had seen some rumours of a new selfie centric camera phone. According to @stufflistings on Twitter, the upcoming phone bearing a model number M1904F3BC/T has appeared at the certification website. It is rumoured to be the new Mi CC9e Smartphone.
The Mi CC9 will be featuring AMOLED Display with a water-drop notch, while the screen size hasn’t been mentioned yet, we expect it to be around 6.4-inches. It is expected to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner with 32MP Selfie Camera and triple rear camera setup. Other specifications include a 4,000mAH battery with a 27W Fast Wired Charging. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 Chipset as seen on the recently launched Redmi K20.
The Phone is expected to come in three variants in China, 6GB + 128GB, 8GB +128 GB and the best 8GB +256GB, the pricing of these phones are rumoured to be around 2,499 Yuan (~$361) for the base variant, 2,799 Yuan (~$404) and 3,099 Yuan (~$447) and the max speed variant respectively.

The Mi CC9e is expected to come with a 6.3-inch FHD+ LCD display and the same waterdrop notch. Its design may look similar to the Redmi Y3 launched in India previously. Similar to it’s bigger brother it will be sporting a 32MP selfie camera, a triple rear camera setup of 48MP + 8MP +13MP, a good sized 4,000mAH battery, support for 18W charging, NFC and more. Instead of the in-display fingerprint scanner, it will be having a rear mounted physical fingerprint scanner.
The pricing of the Mi CC9e is rumoured to be around 1,599 Yuan (~$231) for the variant which comes with 6GB RAM + 64GB of Internal Storage. However, these reports are mere a particle of sand in the desert.
