Asus to confirmed that both Zenwatch 2 and Zenwatch 3 will get Android Wear 2.0 update in Q2 2017. Company has conveyed this information to the via a tweet to a user of Zenwatch 2. People are waiting for the Android Wear 2.0, But now according to the tweet both the watches will get update by Q2 2017.
Hey Joel — the Android Wear 2.0 roll-out start date was last week, however, AW 2.0 will not come to the ZW 2/3 till early Q2.

Google has unveil the Android Wear 2.0 in February 2017. Since than users are waiting for the update. With Android Wear 2.0 you can use the standalone apps on your smartwatches.
