In August 2021, Samsung launched the much-awaited Galaxy Z Fold 3 powering Snapdragon 888 5G. The device features a 7.6-inch Foldable Dynamic AMOLED display paired with up to 512GB storage and 12GB RAM. Android 11 based One UI 3.1.1 runs the device out of the box. It carries a 12 MP triple rear camera while the front offers a 10 MP sensor on the cover display and a 4 MP under-display snapper.

Arriving on the firmware version F926BXXU1AUHF, the build carries the September 2021 security patch. Though the company has not yet detailed the patch, it could carry general bug fixes and device stability improvements.
As the update is having a phase-wise rollout, it may take some time to reach all the units. Meanwhile, you can head to Settings > Software updates > Security updates to check the update manually. We also suggest you switch over to a WiFi network before downloading the update to avoid data charges.
