HBO Max app crashed on Roku devices; acknowledged and fix in progress

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our ways of entertainment with media as the main source. With people confined to homes, the social life has shifted online and entertainment lies within the at-home segments of television. However, there are times when these platforms also stop working due to several reasons. Like this time, the HBO Max app is having an issue to work on Roku devices. A few hours ago, the app crashed on Roku platform and users till struggles to use the app.

Reportedly, the HBO Max app is now working precisely as it keeps crashing on the Roku platform. The official support handle has acknowledged the issue and notified users that this has been resolved.

“Our team has resolved streaming issues with #HBOMax. You may need to close and reopen HBO Max, or sign out and sign back in. Please tweet us for further support, thank you!” Says HBO Max support team

The team advice users to sign out and sign in back in order to ensure the proper functioning of the app. However, there still are some users who are facing the issue even after trying. Users are still awaiting for the services they actually paid for. Let’s see when the HBO Max team address this issue completely,
