Micromax IN 1b is getting a new software update in India based on Android 10 OS. It brings performance enhancements and improves the camera app. It adds features like slow-motion video recording support for the front and rear camera, improves speaker sound, and enhances overall system stability along with the latest February 2021 security patch.
The smartphone is expected to get an Android 11 update soon. Till then you can enjoy this OTA update which is now rolling out in a phased manner. It may take time to reach its owners. Although you can check for the update from settings > About Phone > Software > Check for updates.

Micromax IN 1b was launched in November last year flaunting a 6.52 inch screen with an IPS LCD display. It is powered by Android 10 (Go edition) and pairs MediaTek Helio G35 (12 nm) chipset consisting an Octa-core CPU, and PowerVR GE8320 GPU. Micromax provides expandable memory and default storage option of 32 GB + 2 GB RAM and 64 GB + 4 GB RAM. In terms of the camera, it features a dual-rear 13 MP wide + 2 MP depth along with single 8 MP front sensors. The phone packs a 5000 mAh non-removable battery with a 10W Reverse charging support.
