Micromax is finally here with its first official smartphone of the year. The Lenovo-owned company launched the Micromax In Note 2 in India. The device is available in two color options of Brown and Black for ₹13,490. You can purchase the mid-ranger via an online store or Flipkart. Despite carrying an affordable price tag, the Micromax In Note 2 offers adequately good specs and features. The phone features a 6.43-inch AMOLED display that offers Full HD+ resolution. The panel has a 60Hz refresh rate, 550nits brightness, 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 466 PPI. On top, the screen will be protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass.
Under the hood, the Micromax In Note 2 equips the MediaTek Helio G95 octa-core processor paired with Mali G76 GPU. On the software front, it boosts Android 11 OS. It is available in a sole storage configuration of 64 GB and 4 GB of RAM. Also, the memory can be expanded via a dedicated microSD card slot.
For the optics, Micromax In Note 2 houses a 16MP front-facing shooter. On the other side, the phone carries a quad-camera unit. The lenses stand at a 48MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro unit, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The 5,000mAh battery makes the device weigh 205 grams. Furthermore, the phone supports 30W fast charging. The other specifications include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, Type-C port, dual nano-SIM slot, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
