Poco M2 Reloaded is a lighter and cheaper version of Poco M2

Xiaomi‘s sub-brand Poco came up with a smartphone last month, Poco X3 Pro. At the moment, the company is introducing a new device for the Indian audience, Poco M2 Reloaded. The name itself gives the hint that the device is nothing but a lighter and cheaper version of Poco M2 launched in Q3 last year.

The Reloaded variant of Poco M2 only differs in terms of RAM storage and camera from the original one. The rest of the specifications i.e; design and features remain similar to Poco M2. Also, it will be the first smartphone to support an FHD+ display in this segment.

Poco M2 Reloaded Specifications

The new Poco M2 reloaded features a 6.53-inch LCD panel with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It supports 2340 x 1080 Pixels FHD+ resolution, 395 PPI density, and 400 nites peak of brightness. The phone carries a plastic frame with P2i Water and dust repellent coating, and it weighs 198gms with dimensions of 163.32 × 77.01 × 9.1 mm.

Xiaomi packed Poco M2 Reloaded with Android 10 based MIUI 11 coupled with octa-core processor based Mediatek Helio G80 chipset. It houses a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W of fast charging over a USB Type-C port, but the box includes a 10W charger.

Talking about the ‘Different’ part, unlike Poco M2, Reloaded version provides 4GB RAM with 64GB of default storage. But there’s no need for concern as the memory is expandable via a dedicated MicroSD card slot.
