Realme 5 and 5S starts receiving May 2020 Security

Finally, Realme 5 and Realme 5S starts getting the latest Android security patch for the month of May 2020. The update comes with firmware version RMX1911EX_11_A.29 on both the phones. You might know that the company has already rolled out the May Security patch on Realme C1, Realme 2, Realme 6, Realme 3 and 3i, Realme 2 Pro, Realme 6i and C3.

Talking about Realme 5 and 5S, the update mainly includes the May Security patch. Along with it, the update includes fixes for some general bugs and improved system stability. You can see the full changelog of the update below. The update changelog is the same for both the devices.

The Realme 5 and 5s update is rolling out all over the world right now. According to the company the update is rolling in phases, first, it will be rolled out to the Realme UI early access users. After that, it will be rolled out to other users. Users can check it manually by going through the settings>> software updates.
