Redmi 10X 5G and Redmi 10X Pro 5G gets MIUI 12.5 update

Xiaomi is all geared up to send its latest MIUI 12.5 skin to the eligible devices. The new flagship to join the long list are Redmi 10X 5G and Redmi 10X Pro 5G. The duo was launched last year with Android 10 based MIUI 11 pre-installed. These are the first handsets by Xiaomi that are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 820 chipset.

The fresh build for the Redmi 10X 5G arrives on version number V12.5.2.0.RJHCNXM, whereas the number varies to V12.5.2.0.RJLCNXM for the Pro variant. As far as features are concerned, tap on the below button for detailed attributes that the brand-new skin will bring to your handset.

The MIUI 12.5 Android skin is a bridge between MIUI 12 and MIUI 13. However, the company did not reveal much about the skin. But it surely brings improved performance, UI tweaks, new animations and system sounds, a bunch of privacy features, an updated Notes app, and a lot more. Keep in note that the update is in the ‘Stable Beta’ phase, making it available for selected users. A border rollout will follow in the upcoming days after ensuring that there are no major left.
